Distiller: Yoigokochi Saké
Terada Honke owns his rice fields where he cultivates the product using Bio systems. He also produces the sake with the old Kimoto system, with spontaneous fermentation and without chemical additives. In this sake only 10% of the rice used was refined, and thats why this product has a large body, a long and intense whole cereal flavors. Perfect for the whole meal.
