Junmai Ginjo, which is a 100% rice sake fermented without any addition of alcohol, and where at least 40% of rice is refined. Kizan is a non pasteurized sake, very delicate and fruity, with pear and apple cake flavors.
It is very good consumed with meat and fish, but you must serve it cold!
