This port barrel aged Amrut is very generous, like other products from the Indian distillery Amrut. Tobacco and resin notes come directly from the slow burning of peat, specially selected to stress perfumes and flavors more than affect them.
Really exceptional, has an aromatic profile generous and very fruity (orange, apricot, strawberry). The fragrance is chocolate, the taste is oriental, resinous and spicy (nutmeg). Red and black fruits (currant, raspberry) return in the aftertaste with notes of sage and verbena.
