The series that the Japanese micro-distillery Chichibu and the importer La Maison Du Whisky have dedicated to the Parisian capital continues with a fourth bottling. Malt whisky of the Concerto, Venture, Braemar, Tipple and Propino varieties, the 2021 edition comes from a selection of only eight barrels that have rested for over 7 years: a first fill ex-Bourbon peated, three Virgin Oak, a Port Pipe, one red wine cask and 2 Chibidaru Quarter Cask. From this marriage of barrels just 1847 bottles were born at 53.5%.
A complex whisky with strong flavors, slightly peaty, vinous and dominated by a great concert of fruit.
