Yuza First Edition: authentic Japanese whiskey

Established in 2018 as a producer of Sake, the Yuza distillery prides itself on following the concept they call TLAS (Tiny, Lovely, Authentic and Supreme): small batches made with passion for an authentic and elevated whisky.

The distillery is located in Yamagata, facing the sea of Japan: good quality fresh water, clear air and moderate humidity. This 'First Edition 2022', with natural alcohol content, is a whisky with an aroma as sweet as vanilla and honey, which flows smoothly in the mouth, leaving a fruity, malty flavour. Refined notes of honey and vanilla sweetness make the mouth feel smooth and light, medium-bodied, clear and fruity.
Overall, a malty, clean and pleasant finish remains.
