A magnificent spectacle distilled in 1999 and left to age for 22 years, including a period of refinement in Oloroso sherry casks. Eventually, it was cask bottled in 2021, with just 1331 more examples.
Tasting Notes: The aromas of caramelized apple, coffee, blackberry jam and brandy pops are the masters. On the palate, however, ginger and cinnamon come out, followed shortly by stewed berries and a touch of black tea. The finish is dominated by the notes of Sherry with a hint of earthy barley.
