Lochlea Fallow Edition Second Crop: the autumn harvest
The Lochlea Fallow Edition Second Crop is the third edition of the limited season series. The inspiration for this release comes from autumn on the farm, when the fields are left to rest and regenerate, as the whisky matures in ex-Sherry Oloroso casks.
A special edition, celebrating the distillery's deep connection to the land and the cycles of nature.
The nose presents hints of red fruits and banana bread. The palate is rich in notes of dried fruit, leather and malt, with a medium-length finish, scented with aniseed and rose petals.
