Foursquare Indomitas: double aging in tropical weather
Foursquare Indomitas is a Single Blended rum distilled in 2010 in both coffey stills and pot stills, like all Foursquare rums in the Velier selection.
One part was aged for 15 years in ex-bourbon barrels, while the other spent 6 years in ex-bourbon barrels and 9 in ex-cognac barrels. After this maturation phase in a tropical climate, the two components were blended and bottled at 62%.
