This pure single blended rum 100% pot still has been aged in ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry barrels. Distilled in 2005, it was bottled in 2021 after 16 years of tropical aging.
The nose is delicate, with notes of blood orange that gradually become chocolaty, spicy and floral. The palate is lively and rich, vaguely salty and toasted. The finish is long, with notes of salted caramel and burnt wood.
