Savanna Créol 52: White Rhum Agricole
The Savanna distillery is located on the volcanic island of Île de la Réunion in the Indian Ocean. Here, in a wild and rural landscape, it produces both raw materials, cane juice and molasses, under the watchful eye of Laurent Broc, Master Distiller and great connoisseur of rum. Broc even designed a ventilation system between the ageing barrels to enrich the younger barrels with more complex aromas during their first 18 months of maturation.
