Savanna Distillery is located on the volcanic island Île de la Réunion, Indian Ocean. Here, in a wild and rural landscape, it produces both raw materials, cane juice and molasses, under the management of Laurent Broc, Master Distiller and great connoisseur of Rhum: it has designed an aeration structure between the barrels in aging in order to enrich the younger ones with more complex aromas during their first 18 months of maturation.
The Cuvée Maison Blanche is a very accurate blend of more than 40 barrels of Traditionnel Rhum aged 10 years, starting in 2006, in oak barrels.
