This Yuzu Sakè of Yoigokochu is made for the first time made with a Sake produced with a slow fermentation method called Yamahai-Sake, as a base.
then comes the infusion of Yuzu fruits, small traditional Japanese citrus fruits similar to bergamot, which give it a long acidity and a persistent aromaticity.
Perfect as an aperitif or ingredient in cocktails. To be served strictly cold.
