Call it, if you will, the Genie in the bottle. We are now very familiar with the Copperworks guys' spasmodic focus on barley, which is why we have selected another of their single casks: a single malt made from a spring-sown barley variety, the Genie.
Barrel 443, in charred virgin oak at level 2, bewitched us and Cristian Camnasio, soul of the 'Daiquiri cocktail bar' in Cormano with whom we shared the selection and bottling. The surprising balsamic character, with herbs and eucalyptus, hit us like a gust of wind from the West Coast forests. Uncompromising power, combined with a snappy palate and Copperworks' usual epic tropical fruit, did the rest. Born to be wild.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
