Aldunie 25 Y.O is a Scotch Whisky that takes us on a journey of discovery to Speyside. Just behind the famous Balvenie in Dufftown, a still room was built 30 years ago to cope with the increasing demand for whisky. This phantom distillery, which has only bottled its single malt once in its history, is called Kininvie and relies on Balvenie for malting, fermentation and ageing, putting its own signature on the distillation process. The guys at Whiskyfacile uncovered a very rare cask - there are less than 10 single casks bottled by independents - and they didn't let it get away. The name Aldunie indicates what is formally a blended malt, thanks to the addition of a teaspoon of Belvenie.
Aged in a single ex-Bourbon barrel, Aldunie 25 years offers a masterful essay of freshness and elegance. Notes of yellow fruit, custard and honeyed candy alternate, hand in hand with chamomile flowers and a hint of cinnamon.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
