Finally available in Europe, Kavalan Solist Sherry Cask is a single malt from Tawian distillery which was awarded several times thanks to its products . Aged in old Oloroso Sherry barrels, bottled without cold filtration, it is a neat and rich whisky with a complex personality. The aging is made in barrels containing previously Sherry Oloroso and the bottling is hand made at the distillery, with a natural 57.8% ABV.
Fragrance is clean and complex with dried fruit, spices and light scents of gingerbread and vanilla. Taste full and rich with dried fruit notes, spices and a pinch of coffee. Aftertaste long and enjoyable.
