Made from 100% pure cane juice of the Matos and Canne Rouge varieties, this rum is the expression of the 4 historic acres of Charles Albert Ruscade, known as Papa Rouyo. It was distilled in 2022 and aged for 1 year in the distillery's tropical climate in French ex-cognac oak barrels. The congeners content is 430.1 g/hlpa, of which 101.6 g/hlpa are esters. Bottled full proof, with an Angel's share of >8%.
