Habitation Velier Renegade: Long Fermentation White Rum
The new Habitation Velier Renegade is produced from pure cane juice originating in Old Bacolet on the south coast of Grenada. In this area, the first on the island to be cultivated by the French, is a plain situated between two small waterways, where the Cain sugar cane variety grows.
Distilled in the Forsyths still after a long fermentation of 195 hours at a controlled temperature, it has a congeners content of 328.1 g/hlpa, of which 127.9 g/hlpa are esters.
Bottled in 2025, limited edition.
