Aromatic profile: red apples on the nose, fresh and dry soil, bread crust, green foliage, lavender, digestive biscuits, oranges, barmbrack, while notes of cloves, white pepper, oily, grapefruit, lemon zest are released on the palate , dark chocolate, dry toast, cherries. The finish is peppery in the foreground, with a slight oily spiciness, it starts dry but then becomes enveloping after a few moments of tasting.
