Aromatic profile: hot custard, bread-making, red apple, milk chocolate, dried flowers, butter cream, pine needles on the nose. The taste in the mouth is reminiscent of leavened bread and malt biscuits, in the middle a peppery note that goes up the tongue, then melon and pears. The finish is light and precise, with slight spicy notes.
