This Glenfiddich is the first 26 years of age in the history of the distillery. According to Brian Kinsman, his cellar master, this version aged exclusively in American white oak barrels is undoubtedly "one of our most delicate single malts, which perfectly bears its name Exellence and which naturally fits into our historical savoir faire in creating fruity and floral whiskies ".
Aromatic profile: delicate, balanced. Floral (white lilac, lily of the valley), fruity (pear, peach), vanilla and spicy notes. Green malt, coconut and almond make their appearance, followed by wood and licorice aromas. Gradually, aging in bourbon barrels highlights its vanilla and spicy character (pepper, nutmeg). It extends over the green malt and freshly cut hay. Long and warm finish.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
