Hampden Great House is a blend of the marks most representative of the unique style of Hampden rums. The 2025 edition, bottled at 57°, is the seventh to date and is composed of the marks C<>H 2021; LFCH 2020; HLCF 2020 and HGML 2020.
The historic Jamaican distillery Hampden Estate, in operation since 1753, produces a unique rum, characterised by spring water, prolonged fermentation with wild yeasts, distillation in copper pot still double retorts, tropical ageing in ex-bourbon barrels and no added sugar or additives. It is located in the province of Trelawny, in the grand cru of Jamaican rum, and has been run by the Hussey family since 2009. The estate is known for having the best plots of land in the country, with one of the highest yields per hectare.
This new edition also represents a historic moment for the world of spirits, as it is a rum that is normally only available at the distillery, or in very rare editions outside the Jamaican market.
MAXIMUM THREE BOTTLES PER CUSTOMER
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
