The Triskelion is a symbol found in many ancient cultures and depicts a triple intertwined horn. Thus also Highland Park Triskelion carries with it the signs of a triple work, that of the Whisky Makers of the Gordon Motion distillery, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay, who united minds and palates to study the interactions of wood on whisky.
And so Highland Park Triskelion, bottled in 2019, is the result of an elaborate selection of barrels: Spanish and American oak butt first fill sherry seasoned, but also first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads casks as well as a small number of refill barrels .
The result is a highly complex whisky with notes of Seville oranges, sultanas and raisins, sweet apricots, heather honey, crushed coriander seeds and peat smoke.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
