Currently, the coffee variety Liberica is almost extinct due to its low production yield; unlike species such as Arabica and Robusta, which are the main sources of coffee production in the world. Cioccolato Corallo has instead invested in this prized quality and proves it with these wonderful chocolate flavored napolitaines.
Today Liberica production has been abandoned because it does not allow mechanized production. In fact, its fruits are difficult to process: being so sturdy and large they must be peeled by hand one by one.
This extraordinary coffee is grown with cocoa on the Terreiro Velho plantation on Príncipe Island, on rolling hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The aromatic richness of roasted and ground Liberica coffee meets the sweetness of 70% chocolate in small, hand-cut bars.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
