Matured in a unique combination of casks from two distinct types of wood, this special Single Malt exudes hints of European and American oak, combined to create a unique tasting experience.
Aroma profile:The aroma is characterised by an elegant fragrance of pears and elderflower with light notes of almond and rich vanilla pod. On the palate, sweet and creamy vanilla, pears and lemon peel are released with a delicate hint of oak. The finish is of medium persistence, leaving hints of biscuits and almonds in the mouth.
