The profile of Classi Cut whiskies, therefore, changes with each release: the 2024 Edition was bottled at 52.4% ABV and features notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and lemon. A multisensory myriad of dynamic and evolving flavours are revealed with the addition of water, opening the door to the Classic Cut universe. This whisky is anything but classic.
