Bunnahabhain 1977 Over 40 Y.O. Artist 12th Edition is an old Islay malt with a contemplative mood: dried fruits, salted caramel, tobacco, black tea and fully integrated smoke rise from the glass. The palate is silky and deep, with waves of salt, soft sweetness and dark spices. The finish is seemingly endless, with chocolate, liquorice and dying embers echoing on and on.
