Calle 23 Angels is a 10-year-old Calvados Pays d'Auge aged in Calle 23 tequila casks. These casks previously contained Tequila from the Los Altos region made with Tequilana Weber agave.
Seeking a perfect balance between agave and apple, Calle 23 Angels is the combination of a finish in Calle 23 casks with a first fill of 13 months and a second fill of these casks with a maturation of 4 months. Experimental by Christian Drouin Calle 23 Angels offers a powerful combination of agave and apple for a calvados of great character.
Tasting notes: powerful aromas of walnut, olive and truffle dominate the nose, before giving way to notes of white chocolate and stewed apples. The palate is full and powerful. The finish presents aromas of grilled almonds.
This limited edition was produced in only 1050 bottles.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
