Drouin ABC is the first Calvados-based aperitif inspired by the world of Vermouth. Building on his long experience, Christian Drouin decided to try to transfer vermouth production methods to the world of apples, devoting more than five years to study and trial and error until he arrived at the final result.
The production of ABC involves mixing apple must with a young calvados. This is followed by aging in oak barrels and flavoring with a unique bouquet of botanicals and spices: quinquina, artemisia, cinnamon, orange, elderflower and yuzu.
The result is a set of intense, rich apple and spice flavors.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
