Nikka's Yoichi 10 Y.O. single malt whisky is the new release of Nikka's famous Japanese whisky.
Yoichi is Nikka's first distillery built in 1934. The Yoichi series is characterised by the production of strong, bold, intense whiskies.
The new version of the Yoichi 10 Y.O. confirms the character and structure.
A Whisky with elegant peaty and smoky notes, given by the traditional direct distillation with charcoal, to which the sea breeze gives iodine and brackish notes.
The Yoichi 10 Y.O Release 2022 releases a strong aroma of incense, sandalwood, distinct and clean. At its side are alternating notes of honey, syrup, pastry and milky hints.
The sip reproposes the woody note of the nose. Full-bodied, opulent, it offers notes of ripe tropical fruit, empyreumatic hints and spices.
Medium finish, rich in cereals, pepper and honey.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
